  • Sale or clearance items (unless defective or damaged).

4. Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 3 business days.
  • If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

5. Return Shipping Costs

  • For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping charges.
